Yoga

I just got home from my first Yoga class...last week I had my first session of Shiatsu. I am trying these things not only because I want to achieve calm and peace in my heart, mind, body and soul---but to supplement the other more traditional therapies that help me feel grounded, present, emotionally stable and available. That all sounds really new agie---which is not really who I am, but I do thrive on learning new things that will challenge me personally and keep my mind open.
